Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will leverage your non-technical digital sales expertise and CRM knowledge to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and optimize our sales processes across digital channels.Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targetsManage and maintain customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-upIdentify and qualify leads through online channels, social media, and email campaignsConduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaignsMonitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior managementProvide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital sales toolsSkillsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales, CRM executive, or sales executive rolesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a non-technical sales environmentHands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusKnowledge of Dubai market dynamics and business culturePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in B2B sales or enterprise sales in the UAE regionProficiency in ArabicFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platformsCertification in sales methodologies or CRM administrationExisting network of contacts within Dubai’s corporate sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
