This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment within a company known for its professionalism, compliance and long-term stability.ResponsibilitiesEngage and retain existing clients trading on the English-speaking desk.Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize activity and loyalty.Handle incoming requests, identify client needs and provide tailored trading support.Contact inactive clients to re-activate accounts and boost deposit volume.Upsell trading services, tools and promotions within the regulatory framework.Meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets.Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems (MT4/MT5/Zoho).Stay up to date on market trends, economic news and financial instruments.QualificationsBased in Dubai; this role is office-based.Experience working on an English retention desk within a regulated Forex company.Minimum 6 months to 2 years of retention experience.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving KPIs.Excellent communication and client management abilities.In-depth knowledge of Forex/CFDs, MT4/MT5 platforms and retention processes.Fluent in English (spoken and written).BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus high commissions and bonuses.Full employment visa and health insurance provided.Modern Dubai office with a professional and multicultural team.Long-term career growth within a global Forex group.#J-18808-Ljbffr
