The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p><b>Project Execution:</b></p><ul><li>Supervise and monitor electrical installations, testing, and commissioning activities on-site.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.</li></ul><p><b>Coordination:</b></p><ul><li>Communicate with Mechanical and Civil engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP Subcontractors and LC system integrators for timely delivery of materials and services.</li></ul><p><b>Quality&Safety:</b></p><ul><li>Implement quality control procedures for electrical works.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.</li></ul><p><b>Documentation&Reporting:</b></p><ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of electrical work, inspections, and approvals.</li></ul><p><b>Problem Solving:</b></p><ul><li>Identify and resolve technical challenges during execution.</li><li>Provide solutions for design discrepancies and site constraints.</li></ul><p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of MV and LV power distribution and T&C.</li><li>Strong knowledge of lighting and lighting control installation and T&C.</li><li>Strong knowledge of data and telecom system installation and T&C.</li><li>Strong knowledge of security and life safety system installation and T&C.</li><li>Familiarity with international standards (SBC, IEC, NFPA) and local codes.</li><li>Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Revit or similar BIM tools.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.</li><li>To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.</li></ul><h3>Delivery</h3><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><h3>Problem‑Solving</h3><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><h3>Quality</h3><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Improvements</h3><ul><li>Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><h3>Compliance</h3><ul><li>Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><h3>Health, Safety, and Environment</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
