Oversee routine production activities, troubleshoot and solve issues that arise on a production floor and ensure a safe and clean production workspace.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills to plan production schedules and ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.</li><li>Strong communication skills to actively listen to stakeholders and clearly verbalize ideas and action plans.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to determine problems within the production process and take appropriate action.</li><li>Good time-management skills to minimize downtime and ensure a team works efficiently.</li><li>The ability to cope with pressure and make sound decisions quickly.</li><li>Informing a production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices.</li></ul><h3>Coordination with Production Team</h3><ul><li>Closely coordinate with the Production Team and ensure that production flows according to schedules.</li><li>Together with Production Team, determine bottlenecks and find solutions to address issues.</li><li>Ensure to check production output according to specifications.</li><li>Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.</li><li>Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.</li></ul><h3>Achievement Report Analyses</h3><ul><li>Prepare shift productivity and quality achievement report with breakdown in comparison with the pre-determined budget.</li><li>Analyze actual productivity against the target.
