Electrician and Instrumentation (E&I) Foreman

<div><p>This position will be based at the Ad Duwayhi Gold Plant O&M Contract.</p><h3>Description</h3><p>The purpose of this position is to maintain, repair and replacements including the diagnoses of issue on machinery and equipment according to technical OEM specification and sound engineering practise.</p><h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Over-inspect subordinates daily to ensure maintenance is done according to organisational standards requirements.</li><li>Investigate and diagnose problems and breakdowns to determine resource requirements and order spares according to Company procedures.</li><li>Perform inspections in accordance with the Planned Maintenance system Oracle, Maaden MSHEM system, DRA Saudi Arabia procedures and OEM requirements and</li><li>Analyse all E&I breakdowns of the previous shift, weekly, month and or quarter, do RCA, and implement actions to prevent repeat issues.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor equipment availability to ensure adherence to production parameters.</li><li>Continuously analyse equipment efficiencies to recommend or implement improvements and changes to maximise operations.</li><li>Communicate equipment information and changes to relevant stakeholders to minimise production delays.</li><li>Ensure that all installations and equipment are safe and in good working order after task completion always ensure MSHEM compliance.</li><li>Attend breakdowns immediately to minimize downtime.</li><li>Determine work schedules in conjunction with other engineering/process teams to ensure equipment availability and optimal utilisation in the relevant sections.</li><li>Consult with production teams on maintenance activities that affect production.</li><li>Support the achievement of production and maintenance performance levels safely.</li><li>Perform administrative duties to ensure record accuracy and availability, budget compliance and spares availability.</li></ul><h3>Qualification Requirements</h3><ul><li>Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification registered at NQF Level 4, including relevant NATED qualifications such as the N3 Certificate</li><li>Valid section 13 Trade test / Section 26(D) certificate</li><li>Valid driver’s license code B, EB or C1, to be able to obtain a Saudi Arabia LDV License</li></ul><h3>Experience and Skills Requirement</h3><ul><li>Minimum 20 years’ experience in Electrical maintenance with at least 5 to 8 years of supervisory experience, preferably on Gold Plants.</li><li>Relevant planned maintenance system training</li><li>Valid MV/HT MQA Certification</li><li>Instrumentation experience and knowledge including VSD and Soft Starter experience.</li><li>Must posses’ instrumentation experience and knowledge</li><li>Must poses leadership skills and any management courses would be advantage</li><li>Medically sound with valid fitness certificate.</li><li>Sound knowledge of: SAG Mills, Ball Mills, with slipring motor experience.</li><li>Appointment under 2.9.2 Mine Health and Safety act would be advantageous.</li><li>Foreman training certificate would advantageous.</li><li>Excell, PowerPoint, Word, MS Projects and Outlook Email (Microsoft office suite) experience.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
