Electrical Design Engineer - Power Systems & Efficiency

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and client requirements.Develop electrical design layouts, schematics, load schedules, and cable sizing in compliance with applicable codes and standards.Perform quantity take-offs for electrical systems, including LV/MV systems, lighting, power distribution, ELV, fire alarm, and grounding systems.Prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals based on designs and supplier/subcontractor quotations.Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment on technical and commercial aspects.Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts in design and estimation phases.Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client/consultant interactions as required.Maintain a database of unit costs, historical pricing, and project benchmarks to improve future estimates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
