EDP Lead

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced EDP Lead – Retail Systems & Data Operations to own and manage retail systems, data integrity, and electronic data processing across stores, wholesale, and back‑office operations.This role is critical in ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely data flow between POS, ERP, inventory, finance, and reporting systems across multiple markets. The EDP Lead will act as the key bridge between business teams and technology vendors, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Systems OwnershipManage and support POS systems across all storesEnsure seamless integration between POS, ERP, and finance systemsOversee system configurations, updates, and user access controlsAct as the first escalation point for store‑level system issuesData Governance & ReportingEnsure accuracy of sales, inventory, pricing, and master dataMonitor daily sales uploads and reconciliation processesMaintain data validation controls and exception reportingSupport monthly stock reconciliation and audit readinessERP & Integration CoordinationCoordinate with ERP and application vendorsSupport system enhancements, patches, and rolloutsOversee integrations between PLM, B2B, POS, and ERP systemsMaintain system documentation and SOPsRetail Operations SupportSupport store openings (system setup, POS configuration, testing)Provide training to store teams on system usageMonitor transaction integrity and system performance metricsLead and supervise EDP Executives / System CoordinatorsManage vendor SLAs and performanceCollaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and IT teamsZero data integrity discrepancies in monthly reconciliationHigh system uptime across storesTimely closure of system ticketsControlled and compliant master data governanceRequired Experience & Skills6–8+ years of experience in Retail IT, EDP, or Systems rolesStrong exposure to ERP and POS environments (fashion/retail preferred)Solid understanding of inventory, finance, and supply‑chain processesExperience managing system integrations (API / EDI knowledge preferred)Strong Excel and data analysis skillsMulti‑country retail exposure is a strong advantageWhy Join UsThis is a high‑impact role within a fast‑paced retail environment, offering the opportunity to own mission‑critical systems and data operations across multiple markets while working closely with cross‑functional teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
