<div><p>The Early Career Training is a 6‑12 month program and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirements and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on‑the‑job knowledge and technical experience. Positions require an understanding of concepts, methods and procedures.</p><h3>What you’ll do</h3><h3>Services</h3><ul><li>Repair wing‑to‑wing process management&weekly report out.</li><li>Outage preparation support, coordinate parts demand and logistics.</li><li>Follow up on event management&tool issues as they arise and work on resolution.</li><li>Applicant might attend customer meetings and site visits.</li><li>Support signed contract execution.</li></ul><h3>Sales</h3><ul><li>Significant on‑the‑job learning within the commercial functions and other areas of power services, giving you exposure to different markets, products, and leaders.</li><li>World‑class training in sales, leadership, and business skills. Program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing hands‑on, and online training.</li><li>Work closely with the Commercial Team to support the development of the overall business growth strategy, including market analysis, market opportunities identification, and execution of the sales growth plan.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales Managers to define the sales strategy for targeted clients and develop a thorough understanding and analysis of the core markets.</li><li>Partner with the Proposal team in the development and compilation of proposals to meet customers’ and sales team requirements.</li><li>Build and present risk&opportunities analysis and the associated risk‑mitigation plans alongside the Sales Managers.</li><li>Support customer negotiations; ensure deals deliver shareholder value to contribute positively to sales, orders, and profitability.</li><li>Receive formal mentoring and coaching by senior management.</li></ul><h3>What You'll Bring</h3><ul><li>STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)</li><li>Fresh graduates up to 4 years of experience.</li><li>The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.</li></ul><h3>What Will Make You Stand Out</h3><ul><li>Basic power generation and gas turbine knowledge is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated EHS and Quality focus.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership potential.</li><li>Record of achievement with a passion to achieve positive business results.</li><li>Curiosity and desire to learn and expand skill set.</li><li>Adaptable and open to change.</li><li>Active listener with good communication skills in English.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Proactive with a high level of integrity.</li><li>Strives to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction.</li><li>A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Relocation Assistance Provided: No</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
