<div><h3>E-Commerce&Online Activation Specialist</h3><p>Function: Marketing</p><p>Location: Dubai, DU, AE</p><p>Work Arrangement: Hybrid</p><h3>Description</h3><p>The E-Commerce&Online Activation Specialist is responsible for driving online sales performance, digital execution excellence, and flawless campaign activation across e-commerce platforms and digital retail partners. This role acts as the key link between brand and commercial teams to ensure that online touchpoints are optimized, locally relevant, and conversion-focused.</p><p>The position requires strong coordination with distributors, retailers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute always‑on and campaign‑based activations that accelerate growth across priority markets.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities – E-Commerce Execution&Performance</h3><ul><li>Own day‑to‑day execution of e‑commerce activities across key online retailers and marketplaces.</li><li>Ensure best‑in‑class online shelf execution (content, imagery, A+ content, SEO, pricing, availability, ratings&reviews).</li><li>Track and analyze e‑commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, sell‑out, share, and ROI, and recommend optimization actions.</li><li>Support commercial teams with online forecasting, promotions, and performance tracking.</li></ul><h3>Online Activation&Campaign Management</h3><ul><li>Lead digital activation of brand campaigns across e‑commerce and retailer media platforms.</li><li>Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of promotions, launches, seasonal events, and always‑on activations.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate rollout of assets, messaging, and mechanics across markets and customers.</li><li>Manage campaign calendars and alignment with brand, trade, and media plans.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder&Distributor Management</h3><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for e‑commerce topics with distributors, retailers, and local partners.</li><li>Brief, coordinate, and follow up with agencies on content creation, media activation, and optimization.</li><li>Support cross‑market alignment while ensuring local relevance and compliance.</li></ul><h3>Content&Consumer Experience</h3><ul><li>Ensure brand consistency and high‑quality consumer experience across all online touchpoints.</li><li>Optimize product pages and brand stores to improve discoverability and conversion.</li><li>Coordinate localization of content where required (language, cultural relevance, regulatory needs).</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Insights</h3><ul><li>Prepare regular performance reports and post‑campaign evaluations.</li><li>Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Share best practices and learnings across markets and teams.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, online activation, or related roles.</li><li>Hands‑on experience working with online retailers, marketplaces, or DTC platforms.</li><li>Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods is a strong advantage.</li><li>Exposure to regional or multi‑market setups is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Technical&Functional Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong understanding of e‑commerce fundamentals (online shelf, conversion levers, retail media, promotions).</li><li>Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, retailer platforms, Google Analytics or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with digital media, content management, and campaign execution processes.</li><li>Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li></ul><h3>Soft Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong execution discipline.</li><li>Commercial mindset with a data‑driven, results‑oriented approach.</li><li>Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑focused attitude.</li></ul><h3>Language</h3><ul><li>Fluent English and Arabic required.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
