Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and work with our Sales Operation Platform department in MME Business Unit . This role will be responsible for growing our online sales across key marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon. This role also includes identifying and managing B2B and E-commerce channels and optimizing performance through data analysis. The role will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management, performance optimization, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. Collaborates closely with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to achieve sales targets and provides data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVESDigital Channel Performance: Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including Amazon and NoonChannel Development: Identify, establish, and manage new sales channels such as B2B, E-Commerce etc.Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data from E-Commerce platforms to optimize operations and improve sales performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Region HQ, Product Divisions (PDs), and BU’s teams to ensure sales targets are met.Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide regular sales analysis reports to support strategic decisions.Ensure SEO best practices are applied to improve product visibility and rankingCoordinate with marketing/design teams for enhanced content creationMonitor account health, compliance, and platform performance metricsKEY QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of digital sales / marketing experienceStrong understanding of online marketplace algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing preferably within the Home Appliance or consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms such as Noon, Amazon, etc.Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.What You'll be JoiningMidea Consumer Appliances FZCO is a Regional Head Quarter of Midea Group, a rapidly growing Fortune 500 company, with humanizing-technology and provide customized solutions based on our deep understanding of human nature, enabled by the joint forces of 55 years manufacturing excellence and global leading robotic and automation technology.The RHQ is based in Dubai where we house the most iconic brands from Midea Group portfolio: Midea, Toshiba, Eureka, and Master Kitchen.
