Dubai Infrastructure Project Lead — Roads&Utilities

This role is critical in managing, upgrading, and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.</p><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><p>Strong Dubai experience is a MUST</p><p>Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, Dubai Municipality, etc.)</p><p>Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><p>Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, services)</p><p>Lead design review, coordination, and approvals with consultants and authorities</p><p>Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements</p><p>Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities</p><p>Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and authority requirements</p><p>Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality</p><p>Support handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities<br></p><p><strong>Preferred Profile:</strong><br></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field</p><p>8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai</p><p>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</p><p>Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
