Du Telesales agent Job descriptionJob SummaryLooking for an enthusiastic Tele-Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for the company. He/She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You must be an excellent communicator have superior people skills and be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.ResponsibilitiesContacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Identify customersneedsclarifyinformationresearcheveryissueandprovidesolutionsand/oralternativesProviding information to customers.Monitoring sales performance.Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.Updating customer details.Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesRequirementsAbility to multi-task set priorities and manage time effectively.Effective communication and listening skills.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.Motivated team player & target-oriented.Telecom experience is a plus.Bachelors Degree or equivalent1-2 years of similar experience6 days working weekReward & BenefitsFixed salary AED 2750 Commission (Upon achieving sales targets)Visa Medical Insurance Airfare Allowance (after 2 years)6 days working weekLocationDu Office Dubai Academic cityRequired ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
