Document Controller

<div><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage the lifecycle of technical and administrative documents for our major construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, availability, and security of all project-related data using the Aconex platform.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Full management of the Aconex platform, including setting up workflows, managing the global directory, and overseeing user access levels.</li><li>Ensuring all project participants adhere to established Aconex protocols for document numbering and transmittals.</li><li>Document Lifecycle Management</li><li>Registering, filing, and archiving all incoming and outgoing project documents (Drawings, RFIs, Submittals, and Site Instructions).</li><li>Conducting thorough quality checks on all documents to ensure they meet company and client standards regarding formatting, naming conventions, and metadata accuracy.</li><li>Monitoring document turnaround times to ensure the project stays on schedule and identifying bottlenecks in the approval process.</li><li>Generating weekly and monthly status reports on document flows, pending approvals, and outstanding RFIs for project management review.</li><li>Ensuring the controlled distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants.</li><li>Organizing the final project "As-Built" documentation and ensuring a smooth digital handover to the client at the end of the project lifecycle.</li></ul><p><b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Document Control within the Construction/Engineering sector.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Aconex is mandatory (Certification is a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of project document control procedures and ISO standards.</li><li>Excellent command of English (Written and Verbal) for international coordination</li><li>Saudi Nationals will be given priority.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
