OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead mega projects in the Gulf region. This is a high-impact role perfect for a seasoned professional with extensive regional experience and a track record of delivering complex developments.ExperienceExperience: Minimum 18 years in construction/project management.Contracting background: Must come from a main contractor role with hands-on delivery experience.Project type: Extensive experience in high-rise buildings, hotels, or hospitality projects.Regional expertise: Proven track record managing GCC megaprojects.Languages: Fluent in Arabic with strong leadership and communication skills.Proven results: Demonstrable success delivering complex, high-value projects on time and budget.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee large-scale construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring schedules, quality, and budgets are met.Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders across all phases of high-profile projects.Drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and operational excellence on megaprojects.Provide expert guidance on design, execution, and compliance with local regulations and standards.Serve as the primary liaison for clients, partners, and senior management.Disclaimer: ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTEDRedfish solutions promotes a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
