Why Join Us | DuPont Careers</p><p>Our EMEA Logistics Operations Team is responsible to support the coordination and smooth delivery of international customer orders and drive efficiencies on logistics operation management, meeting the business requirements.</p><h3>Customs&Trade Operations</h3><ul><li>Issuing landing permits, broker authorizations, and import permits (e.g. MCI, SFDA, NRCI, Public Security).</li><li>Managing urgent duty exemption and drawback topics, including quantity corrections and exception handling.</li><li>Providing monthly import and export statistics for statutory and internal reporting.</li><li>Supporting customs audits and managing regulatory changes impacting trade (e.g. SASO requirements).</li><li>Addressing “right‑to‑operate” issues that may affect import/export continuity.</li></ul><h3>Logistics&Distribution Operations</h3><ul><li>Creating loading plans with logistics service providers.</li><li>Performing SAP logistics transactions (delivery and shipment creation, logistics process tracking).</li><li>Reviewing and resolving clean orders to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Coordinating shipments with planners, warehouses, and commercial teams, especially during peak and quarter‑end periods.</li><li>Requesting freight rates for special shipments and managing carrier claims.</li><li>Handling logistics‑related customer complaints and driving continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Business&Stakeholder Support</h3><p>In close collaboration with the business, the role may provide additional support by:</p><ul><li>Reviewing HS codes for new materials, changes, or MRO items.</li><li>Maintaining master data with relevant authorities (MCI, FASAH, Customs) for importer/exporter of record and COO issuance.</li><li>Representing DuPont in interactions with ministries and customs authorities when required.</li><li>Resolving escalated customs or regulatory issues that could suspend import or export activities.</li><li>Contributing to annual tenders, supply chain design projects, and inventory counts</li></ul><h3>What we expect:</h3><ul><li>Solid understanding of customs, trade compliance, and logistics processes in KSA.</li><li>Experience with import/export documentation, permits, and regulatory interfaces.</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP logistics and shipment execution processes.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.</li><li>High attention to detail with a solution and compliance‑driven mindset.</li><li>Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, operational environment. You take ownership of the tasks and businesses in scope and take immediate action to avoid disruptions in our Supply Chain.</li><li>Clear and structured communication skills in a business setting.</li></ul><h3>Experience&Education</h3><ul><li>Prior experience in logistics, customs, or distribution roles, ideally within a multinational environment.</li><li>Experience in KSA or familiarity with local regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.</li><li>You are experienced in dealing with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and ERP systems (SAP)</li><li>You convince our national and international business partners with your very good knowledge in English.
