Operational DutiesCoordinate and manage delivery routes efficiently.Maintain constant communication with drivers throughout shifts.Adjust delivery routes in collaboration with management to meet customer demands.Act as the main communication point via phone/radio with drivers and branches.Monitor and manage last-minute route changes to ensure timely deliveries.Ensure all dispatched orders meet menu quality and presentation standards.Verify that all items are correctly packed as per customer orders.Cross-check orders against invoices to avoid missing items.Build strong relationships with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Financial AccountabilityEnsure all cash handling procedures are followed accurately.Safeguard company money at all times.Maintain basic awareness of profit and loss impact.Health & SafetyComply with all restaurant licensing, fire, and health & safety regulations.Maintain a safe working environment at all times.CommunicationDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.Communicate effectively with restaurant staff and external delivery partners.Work ConditionsRotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.Physically demanding role.Combination of indoor and outdoor working conditions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
