I am currently partnering with a privately owned global FMCG organisation to appoint a Group Total Reward, Compensation & Analytics Director to lead the establishment of a Group Centre of Expertise for Reward, Compensation Architecture and Workforce Analytics.This is a strategic governance and modernisation mandate operating at Group level.The role will act as the intellectual and structural anchor for reward across multiple clusters, shaping compensation architecture, executive incentives and analytics capability while strengthening governance in a complex international environment.Key responsibilities:Define and embed a unified Group Total Reward philosophyDesign executive compensation and incentive architecture aligned to business performanceHarmonise grading, job architecture and compensation frameworks across clustersBuild advanced workforce analytics and compensation modelling capabilityImplement AI-enabled reward analytics and technology platformsEnsure governance resilience in regulated and sanctioned environmentsTranslate compensation data into Board-level commercial insightsThis role does not manage operational HR processes.It owns the architecture, governance and analytics behind how reward drives business performance.Key requirements:12+ years’ experience in Total Reward / Compensation / Workforce AnalyticsExperience within FMCG, manufacturing or complex multi-site environmentsDemonstrated exposure to sanctioned or highly regulated marketsStrong financial and commercial literacy (EBIT, margin, cost ratios)Advanced Excel modelling and compensation analytics capabilityExperience implementing reward technology and analytics platformsAbility to engage confidently with C-suite and Board stakeholdersRussian speaker would be highly preferredThis is a rare opportunity to build and lead a Group Reward Centre of Expertise, modernising reward architecture, introducing advanced analytics capability and strengthening governance across international markets.A role for a commercially sharp, analytically capable and politically mature reward leader.#J-18808-Ljbffr
