Director Strategy & Innovation (Qatari)Job SummaryThe Director Strategy & Innovation leads corporate strategy development and ensures its effective translation into operational execution. The role drives transformation initiatives, oversees performance management and quality frameworks, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee the implementation of corporate strategy and annual operational plans.Lead transformation initiatives and change management programs.Oversee PMO governance and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.Monitor KPIs and organizational performance metrics.Drive quality assurance, process improvement, and innovation initiatives.Manage external consultants and strategic partnerships.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 10 years experience in strategy, quality, or transformation roles, including at least 5 years in leadership.Proven experience in corporate strategy development, performance management, and large-scale transformation initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
