Relocation Consultant - MEA

Position OverviewThe Relocation Consultant is responsible for managing and delivering relocation services for assignees and clients, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the relocation journey. This role covers the full scope of service delivery — from planning and coordination to personal accompaniment and execution on the ground — to guarantee a professional, high-quality, and supportive relocation experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRelocation Management and DeliveryManage and deliver the end-to-end relocation process, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and post-assignment phasesPersonally accompany assignees for home searches, school visits, orientations, and settling-in servicesConduct needs assessments as part of the service delivery, ensuring that each relocation plan reflects the assignee’s and client’s requirementsEnsure services are fully executed, not only arranged, with accountability for resultsCoordinate closely with immigration and other teams to align timelines and ensure smooth transitionsService Quality & Process ExcellenceDeliver services in line with client expectations, contractual scope, and company standardsProvide clear updates and communication to all stakeholders throughout service deliveryMaintain accurate documentation, records, and system updateIdentify and act on opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of services deliveredVendor & Partner CollaborationCoordinate with approved vendors and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of specific servicesMonitor vendor performance and elevate issues when necessary to maintain service standardsReporting and ComplianceProvide status updates and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients as part of service deliveryEnsure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and data protection requirementsAdditional ResponsibilitiesRepresent Move One during accompanied services, orientations, and client interactions.Stay updated on local housing markets, schooling options, and cultural trends to provide accurate guidance during delivery#J-18808-Ljbffr
