Director of Spa&Wellness (LOCAL)

<div><h3>About the Job</h3></br><p>Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh within the Spa Department in Riyadh, the Director of Spa&Wellness is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall spa&wellness colleagues and functions. This position will take full responsibility of the female and male Spa and pool operations.</p></br><h3>Responsibilities</h3></br><ul></br><li>Understand and disseminate/communicate all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to the colleagues.</li></br><li>Ensure all business activities and business decisions comply with the general law, and with all rules, regulations and other requirements (MOHG Code of Conduct).</li></br><li>Develop the female and male Spa&Wellness yearly budget.</li></br><li>Re‑forecast the budget as necessary.</li></br><li>Manage the financial performance of the spa and related departments.</li></br><li>Develop and execute the Spa marketing plan and its activities together with the Director of Marketing Communications.</li></br><li>Develop marketing strategies for the Spa&Wellness department.</li></br><li>During briefings, ensure any issues are discussed and provide information of special attention guests and groups that may be in‑house.</li></br><li>Review log of training completed by Treatments Manager, Operations Manager and Departmental Trainers.</li></br><li>Operate the division and manage guest interactions.</li></br></ul></br><h3>Expectations</h3></br><ul></br><li>Deal with any concern, enquiries and complaints from spa&wellness guests and potential guests.</li></br><li>Support sustainability initiatives.</li></br><li>Review stock checks at the end of month for financial reports.</li></br><li>Ensure purchasing is aligned with budget.</li></br><li>Operate the division and manage guest interactions.</li></br><li>Review treatments and notes in Spa Soft.</li></br></ul></br><h3>Our Commitment to You</h3></br><ul></br><li>Learning&Development: Your success is our success.
