About the roleHopper is seeking a Senior Advertising Account Executive to lead strategic, high-impact advertising partnerships across travel and adjacent verticals. In this role, you will own complex sales cycles, close six- and seven-figure deals, and build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders.You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to advertisers—leveraging Hopper’s data, scale, and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes—while helping shape the growth and direction of Hopper’s advertising business.What would your day‑to‑day look like:Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid‑market advertisers, driving new revenue and long‑term partnershipsLead full‑cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closeDevelop multi‑quarter and annual media partnerships, including custom sponsorships and data‑driven solutionsServe as the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationshipsCollaborate closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retentionIdentify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Hopper’s advertising product suiteInfluence product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy by sharing advertiser feedback and market insightsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, with a strong command of deal strategy and timingAn ideal candidate has:6–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnershipsProven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets with large or complex accountsExperience closing six- and seven‑figure advertising dealsAbility to sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders and decision‑makersExcellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skillsData driven with a strong financial acumenComfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with ambiguity and ownershipBonus PointsExperience selling to travel brands, airlines, hotels, destinations, or tourism boardsBackground working with agencies and holding companiesFamiliarity with commerce‑driven media platformsExisting relationships with senior travel marketers or agency leadershipPerks and benefits of working with us:Well‑funded and proven startup with large ambitions, competitive salary and upsides of pre‑IPO equity packages.Hopper covers 100% of employee premiums for EOR - offered supplemental insurance including coverage for Medical, as well as Dental.Please ask us about our very generous parental leave, much above industry standards!Access to co‑working space on demand through FlexDesk AND Work‑from‑home stipend.Housing & Transportation Benefit.Carrot Cash travel stipend.Unlimited PTO.Entrepreneurial culture where pushing limits and taking risks is everyday business.Open communication with management and company leadership.Small, dynamic teams = massive impact.More about HopperAt Hopper, we are on a mission to become the leading travel platform globally – powering Hopper’s mobile app, website and our B2B business, HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions).
