<div><h3><b>Job Title:</b>Director of Real Estate&Development</h3><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are seeking an accomplished Director of Real Estate&Development to lead the full expansion strategy of our fuel station network across Saudi Arabia.</p><p>This role requires a leader with strong expertise in site selection, acquisitions, and development.</p><p>The ideal candidate can identify high‑value locations, negotiate complex deals, oversee development, and manage a large cross‑functional team.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Lead the nationwide real estate expansion strategy for new fuel stations.</li><li>Identify and evaluate high‑potential sites.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies, demographic analysis, traffic flow assessments, and ROI modeling.</li><li>Manage land acquisition, long‑term leasing, purchase negotiations, and due‑diligence processes.</li><li>Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, municipalities, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Monitor market trends, zoning changes, and regional expansion opportunities.</li><li>Prepare portfolio strategies for growth, optimization, and future development.</li><li>Present investment cases and development reports to senior leadership.</li></ul><h3><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate&development.</li><li>Experience in<b>fuel stations, F&B chains, retail chains, or banking network development.</b></li><li>Proven track record in<b>site selection</b>and network expansion.</li><li>Strong experience in land acquisition, contracts, and government approvals.</li><li>Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
