This role is critical for driving digital innovation and ensuring successful end-to-end program delivery in a fast-paced environment.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Digital Project Manager / PMO, you will oversee multiple digital transformation programs, including cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, enterprise solution deployments, and AI-driven initiatives. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes to deliver high-impact results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage digital transformation projects across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise domains.Oversee AI program implementation and ensure successful integration with business processes.Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless execution.Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for project status and performance metrics.Required Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in managing Digital and AI programs (mandatory).Strong understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure projects, and enterprise transformation.Excellent project management skills with proficiency in PMO methodologies.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Nice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with Agile and DevOps practices.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Knowledge of AI frameworks and enterprise automation tools.PMP or PRINCE2 certification.Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs in banking or government sectors.Recruitment Pro TipHighlight your experience in leading AI-driven digital transformation projects and managing complex cloud or infrastructure programs.
