Creating visually compelling content that aligns with brand identity, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances online presence and audience engagement.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><p>Digital Content Creation&Production:</p><ul><li>Design and produce digital multimedia content for social media platforms (posts, stories, reels, short videos, animations).</li><li>Create visual and motion content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.</li><li>Edit and enhance images, videos, and motion graphics to ensure high-quality output.</li><li>Adapt content formats and dimensions to suit different digital platforms.</li></ul><p>Campaign&Cross-Functional Collaboration:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into engaging visual assets.</li><li>Support digital marketing campaigns with creative multimedia materials.</li></ul><p>Brand Consistency&Quality Assurance:</p><ul><li>Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital channels.</li><li>Ensure all multimedia outputs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.</li></ul><p>Planning, Delivery&Asset Management:</p><ul><li>Ensure timely delivery of multimedia content according to content calendars and project timelines.</li><li>Maintain and organize digital media assets and files.</li></ul><p>Digital Trends&Continuous Improvement:</p><ul><li>Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><p>HR Proficiency:</p><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job</li></ul><p>Delivery:</p><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><p>Problem-Solving:</p><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><p>Quality:</p><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><p>Business Process Improvements:</p><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><p>Compliance:</p><ul><li>Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><p>Health, Safety, and Environment:</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Any relevant field</p><h3>Work Experience</h3><p>2 to 4 Years</p><h3>Technical / Functional Competencies</h3><p>Multimedia Design Tools</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
