Digital Marketing Lead

<div><p>AlUla Club is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our community, and drive ticket sales and merchandise revenue. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and customer engagement strategies.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the club's overall objectives, enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement.</li><li>Manage and optimize the club's online presence, including the official website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze digital marketing metrics to gain insights into customer behavior and inform strategy adjustments.</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience and promotes club events and initiatives.</li><li>Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to maximize website traffic and improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Monitor and manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads, to ensure budgets are effectively utilized.</li><li>Use data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the club remains competitive.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts across all touchpoints.</li><li>Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners involved in the digital marketing efforts.</li><li>Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, training and mentorship to ensure successful execution of campaigns.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.</li><li>Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to drive data-informed decisions.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and project coordination.</li><li>Ability to think creatively and strategically to propose innovative solutions.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.</li><li>Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Health Insurance Coverage.</li><li>Paid Leave.</li><li>Remote Work Opportunities (where applicable).</li><li>Professional Development and Training.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
