Our aim is to enable rapid growth while sustaining the highest standards of security and system health.Brief Role DescriptionAs a DevOps Engineer, you’ll champion the ownership of long-term platform health, developing and executing a proactive reliability and infrastructure roadmap while helping automate safeguards, monitoring, and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and own reliability and platform improvement initiatives as a core part of the DevOps charter.Build, operate, and continually refine CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes infrastructure.Establish and improve system-level safeguards and operational standards.Centralize and manage diverse environments to reduce complexity.Ensure incidents lead to systemic platform improvements, not one-off service patches.Guide developers with safe defaults, tools, and shared best practices.Track work with structured tickets and communicate proactively with product teams.Maintain ISO-compliant documentation and readiness for audits.Required Skills and Qualifications3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.Proven track record with CI/CD automation and operating Kubernetes clusters.Familiarity with environment management and infrastructure as code.Excellent incident management, communication, and documentation skills.Desired Skills and QualificationsExperience working remotely with distributed teams.Understanding of ISO compliance and security best practices.Ability to drive platform-level, long-term improvements over reactive fixes.Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning attitude.Shaping The Future Of WorkThe Future Starts Here#J-18808-Ljbffr
