<p><strong>Job Scope<br><br></strong>The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from the post-sales phase to completion through coordinating the needed resources, allocating budgets and measuring performance and deliverables.</p><p><strong>Job Title<br><br></strong><strong>Project Manager<br><br></strong><strong>Job Scope<br><br></strong>The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from the post-sales phase to completion through coordinating the needed resources, allocating budgets and measuring performance and deliverables.<br><br><strong>Main Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Technical and Operations<br><br><ul><li>Monitor the progress of ongoing projects including but not limited to tracking milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and addressing potential issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle</li><li>Oversee the handling of all project-related documentation while maintaining accurate records, updating project files and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately</li><li>Visit project sites regularly to oversee operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations and liaise with on-site teams to address any project-specific challenges</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution</li><li>Foster effective communication and teamwork among team members to achieve project objectives efficiently</li><li>Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints and work closely with the Finance Department to manage project expenses effectively</li><li>Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies</li><li>Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders</li><li>Play a pivotal role in identifying areas for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality<br><br><br></li></ul>Talent Development<br><br><ul><li>Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership</li><li>Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Position Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>Education<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or any other related field<br><br><strong>Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle across IT projects (e.g., AI, Cloud Security, Infrastructure)</li><li>Prior experience delivering projects within the Middle East region</li><li>PMP or ITIL certification preferred</li><li>Experience working with vendors/technology partners preferred</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
