The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing operating systems, deploying software, maintainingendpoint security tools, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure asecure and productive user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvidetechnical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, andother end-user devices.Install,configure, and maintain operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and macOS.Managesoftware installations, upgrades, and patch management to ensure systemsare up to date.Deployand manage endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and other antivirus or endpoint protection tools.Supportand maintain productivity applications including Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.Manageuser accounts, permissions, and device access using Active Directory.Assistwith system imaging, device provisioning, and asset management.Monitorendpoint performance, security compliance, and system health.Providesupport for remote users and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Documenttechnical procedures, system configurations, and issue resolutions.Collaboratewith IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure system stability andsecurity.RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’sdegree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field.2–5years of experience in desktop support, endpoint administration, or ITsupport roles.Strongknowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems andtroubleshooting methodologies.Experiencemanaging users and devices through Active Directory.Familiaritywith enterprise productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft365.Basicunderstanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and remoteconnectivity.Experiencewith endpoint security tools and patch management processes.Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
