Job Title: Designer – ArtworkDepartment: Marketing / Branding / Production SupportReports To: Head of DepartmentJob SummaryThe Designer – Artwork is responsible for creating, developing, and finalizing all artwork-related designs, including product labels, packaging, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives. The role ensures accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with printing and production requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop product artwork such as labels, packaging, cans, cartons, and stickersPrepare print-ready files as per supplier and production specificationsEnsure all artwork complies with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and technical standardsCoordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and QA teams for artwork approvalsModify and revise artwork based on internal feedback or customer requirementsMaintain proper version control and artwork recordsSupport marketing activities with brochures, catalogues, presentations, and digital creativesLiaise with printers and vendors to ensure correct output and colour accuracyEnsure timely completion of artwork to meet production schedulesRequired Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (mandatory)Strong knowledge of printing processes, colour management, and file formatsUnderstanding of packaging materials and label designHigh attention to detail and ability to work with technical specificationsAbility to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesGood communication and coordination skillsQualificationsDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field2–5 years of relevant experience in artwork design, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectorsPreferred ExperienceExperience in oil, lubricant, chemical, or industrial product artworkFamiliarity with barcode placement, regulatory text, MSDS-related visuals, and multilingual labelsWorking ConditionsOffice-based role with coordination across departmentsOccasional urgent artwork support aligned with production schedulesSalary & BenefitsMonthly salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on knowledge & experience)Bachelor accommodation with kitchen facilityTransportation providedAir ticket every 2 yearsAnnual leave: 30 days per yearEmployment visa and insurance as per UAE labour lawAnnual bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
