As part of a strategic build‑out, the firm is establishing a best‑in‑class Compliance function and is seeking both a Deputy Head of Compliance and a Compliance Manager to support this journey.These are hands‑on roles suited to experienced generalist compliance professionals who can operate across advisory, monitoring, and regulatory engagement within a dynamic and evolving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory & AdvisoryProvide day‑to‑day compliance advisory across the business, including product, operations, and technology teamsInterpret and implement regulatory requirements under FSRA and CBUAE frameworksSupport the development and launch of new products in line with applicable regulationsFramework DevelopmentAssist in building and enhancing the Compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controlsEnsure alignment with UAE regulatory expectations and international best practicesContribute to the ongoing development of a scalable compliance infrastructureMonitoring & TestingDesign and execute Compliance Monitoring Programmes (CMP)Conduct thematic reviews and control testing across key risk areasTrack and report on remediation actionsRegulatory EngagementSupport interactions with regulators, including FSRA and CBUAEAssist in regulatory filings, reporting, and ongoing supervisory requirementsGovernance & ReportingPrepare management information (MI) and reports for senior management and governance committeesEscalate key compliance risks and issues in a timely manner#J-18808-Ljbffr
