Analyst - ICV

<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Provides support in analyzing, developing, and effectively implementing targeted strategies aimed at maximizing In-Country Value (ICV). This role involves active participation in the coordination of all ICV-related projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and the UAE Ministry, to facilitate the successful execution and alignment of these initiatives with overarching organizational objectives.</p><h3>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</h3><h3>ICV Strategy</h3><ul><li>Support in conducting in-depth analysis of EGA procurement data and market trends to develop robust strategies aimed at increasing ICV across various projects.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the business development and procurement teams to integrate ICV considerations from the initial planning stages.</li><li>Provide support in performing detailed local market analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing ICV contribution, utilizing category spend analysis techniques.</li></ul><h3>Stakeholder Engagement</h3><ul><li>Organize and coordinate all meetings, workshops, and engagements related to ICV projects, ensuring effective communication and participation.</li><li>Provide support to business development and Procurement teams in fostering collaborations with local suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in Industry conferences to promote EGA and our ICV strategy.</li></ul><h3>Reporting</h3><ul><li>Monitor, measure and report on ICV performance and initiatives.</li><li>Generate insightful data analysis and reports on ICV spend and project progress.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies related to ICV.</li><li>Reviews and amends policies, procedures, processes, and flow diagrams for the department and complies with published procedures.</li></ul><h3>System/Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Liaise with the IT department to propose and coordinate system enhancements that support ICV objectives.</li><li>Actively participate in and support continuous improvement projects related to ICV, aiming to streamline processes and increase efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Environment, Health&Safety</h3><ul><li>Complies with all relevant EHS policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.</li></ul><h3>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</h3><p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.</p><p><b>Minimum Experience:</b>3 years’ experience in data analytics.</p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge in MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and Power Point etc.).</li><li>Good data analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent written and communication skills.</li><li>Problem solving skills.</li><li>Interpersonal skills.</li><li>Customer care skills.</li><li>Competent in use of basic SAP, and MS Office software.</li></ul><p>The job holder is expected to work under minimum supervision following instructions given and should change priorities within given guidelines.</p><h3>Profile Description</h3><ul><li>Support in conducting in-depth analysis of EGA procurement data and market trends to develop robust strategies aimed at increasing ICV across various projects.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the business development and procurement teams to integrate ICV considerations from the initial planning stages.</li><li>Provide support in performing detailed local market analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing ICV contribution, utilizing category spend analysis techniques.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
