Delivery Truck Driver

DescriptionSealy Mattress Middle East is in search of a reliable and professional Delivery Truck Driver to join our logistics team in this role you will be responsible for safely transporting our high-quality mattress products to various locations across the MENA region. As a representative of our brand you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely deliveries and providing excellent customer service. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and the efficiency of our operations.Responsibilities Operate delivery trucks to transport mattresses and related products to customers locations according to scheduled routes. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of products securing them appropriately for transport. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation including customer signatures and receipts. Communicate effectively with the dispatcher and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle any customer inquiries or issues professionally. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and experience operating delivery trucks. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a delivery driver role preferred. Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries positively and professionally. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items as required. Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently. 25 to 35 years old.
