OverviewPlays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Talent 2033 by conducting in-depth analysis, developing actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of high-impact initiatives. Works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and implement Talent 2033 program. Leverages strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive evidence-based decision-making and long-term organizational success.
