IT Project Manager (f/m/d) based in Dubai

If you need support during your application please contact us.Your TasksManage complex integration and implementation projects across the global regions within the department Retail IT (FISR).Deliver projects on time within scope and budget while meeting defined quality standards.Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and progress reporting documentation.Identify assess and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for seamless project execution.Conduct and document risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and internationalregulations.Organize and lead project meetings to align stakeholders on goals progress and deliverables.Track project milestones and ensure timely resolution of issues and blockers.Prepare and maintain support documentation including requirement specifications changerequests and user guides.Ensure all project solutions comply with corporate policies IT governance and securitystandards.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the regional ProjectManagement Office (PMO).Support and establish agile methodologies within our Retail IT department and projects.Your QualificationBachelors degreein business engineering IT or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Project ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse global stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in high‑pressure fast‑paced environments.Analytical and organized mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.Self‑motivated and collaborative able to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.Project management expertise including knowledge of PRINCE2 Agile and ITIL methodologies.Proven track record in managing international projects especially cloud migrations or infrastructure upgrades.Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project JIRA and Confluence.Experience with budget management and navigating multicultural and compliance‑sensitive environments.Flexibility to travel when requiredEnglish skills are mandatory any German would be an advantageJob informationThis position is based in our NSC in DubaiHR Responsible: Jose Chacko HR Director NSC DubaiIntegrity and compliance are essential parts of our corporate culture.We promote diversity and equal opportunities and look forward to receiving diverse applications.Required ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
