Dance Instructor

Job Title: Dance Instructor Job Type: Full-Time - Fixed Term (2 years contract) Working Hours: 48 hours per week (8 hours per day excluding meal break) Location: Fujairah UAE Job Summary In this role as Dance Instructor you will involve delivering dynamic high-impact dance classes infused with rhythm and creativity designed to captivate and motivate a diverse audience. You should be someone with a fitness or group exercise background who can creatively blend dance styles like Zumba step aerobics or rhythm-based fitness into exciting group sessions. Classes should feel like a celebration high-energy inclusive and accessible to all levels. Responsibilities: Design and lead high-energy dance fitness classes that are fun safe and engaging Incorporate a variety of music styles such as Arabic pop Latin disco 2000s Afrobeat or other upbeat genres to keep classes fresh and exciting Teach group and/or private sessions for diverse populations including beginners and people looking for an enjoyable way to stay fit Modify movements and pacing to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities Foster a positive inclusive and motivating atmosphere that encourages participation and confidence Collaborate with other wellness professionals (Yoga Pilates therapy) for integrated events or programs Support workshops retreats and special events organised by the wellness center Assist with studio maintenance and administrative tasks when needed Requirements: Proven experience leading group fitness or dance-based fitness classes (e.g. Zumba dance cardio step aerobics) Background in dance fitness general fitness instruction or related certification (e.g. Zumba Group Fitness CPR certified) Strong sense of rhythm and familiarity with various music and dance genres Fun energetic and approachable teaching style Able to adapt classes for different age groups fitness levels and cultural backgrounds Culturally aware and respectful with strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus) Passion for creating joyful community-based movement experiencesBest WishesBasic Monthly Salary: 7000 AED to 8000 AED AccommodationAttractive CommissionVisa sponsorship Medical Insurance coverage and Annual Travel Tickets.Exclusive Membership: Gain access to a Wellness membership for your personal use.Scope of learning career development.
