You will help clients translate strategic ambitions into actionable digital initiatives and platforms that are secure, interoperable and future-ready.Design digital and emerging tecnology strategies and transformation roadmapsShape blockchain and digital asset use cases and solution architecturesSupport implementation of pilots and scaled deploymentsManage client stakeholders and junior team membersContribute to practice building, proposals and thought leadershipYou will operate as a key member of engagement leadership: owning defined workstreams, guiding Senior Associates/Consultants and reporting into Senior Managers and Directors/Partners.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy and TransformationLead workstreams to develop digital strategies, operating models and multi-year transformation roadmaps, linking business objectives, technology enablers and measurable KPIs.Conduct and steer research, benchmarking and diagnostic assessments to identify digital trends, global best practices and relevant case studies for clients in the region.Define or refine digital visions, target outcomes and performance indicators, ensuring alignment with national agendas, sector strategies and client priorities.Translate strategic recommendations into implementation plans, outlining initiatives, dependencies, risks and governance structures.Blockchain, Verifiable Credentials & TokenizationIdentify and prioritize blockchain and digital asset use cases (e.g. digital identity and verifiable credentials, asset tokenization, supply chain traceability, data-sharing platforms) aligned to client strategies.Lead analysis and design of DLT / blockchain architectures (public, private, or consortium networks), including integration with existing enterprise systems and digital platforms.Support the definition of token models, credential schemas, trust frameworks, and operating models around digital identity and credentials issuance/verification.Work with technology partners to evaluate platfo
