Customs Clearance Manager

Follow up all upcoming shipments (All Brands) with Shipping line AgentsFollow with customs agents for clearance upon approval from top managements and make necessary preparations.Coordinate with ordering departments to get the necessary documents related to upcoming shipments (Shipping Documents, list of stocks, CCR etc)Follow up with Finance department for customs & other necessary payments are done in timely manners.Coordinate with Stockyard operation for necessary arrangements to receive the upcoming shipments.Follow up with stockyard & make sure all the shipments stocks has been received in stockyards.Follow up the supplier invoices for payments.Follow up with agents for any damage reports from port authority.Coordinate with clearance agents for any export requirements and preparing the export documents.Preparing daily & weekly reports to national logistics manager.To complying all the operations with company policy and top managements approvals.To fulfil department with appropriate manpower requirements as when needed.To analyse operation expenses & identify potential area for cost control.Planning and implement new ideas to develop customs clearance department with approval of top management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
