Job Description

is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries related to professional training programs, certifications, and auditing services. This role involves handling inbound calls and emails, assisting with course registrations, and providing accurate information to clients. The position follows a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming calls and email inquiries about training courses, certification programs, and audit servicesProvide information on course schedules, fees, eligibility criteria, and registration proceduresProcess course registrations, issue invoices, and follow up on payments as directedCoordinate with trainers and internal teams to confirm class availability and participant slotsMaintain accurate records of client interactions, registrations, and feedback in the company databaseAssist clients with certificate issuance and post-training supportResolve routine inquiries and escalated complex issues to the appropriate department or managerSupport the preparation of training materials and participant lists as neededFollow up with prospective students and respond to requests in a timely mannerSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in customer service or business administration is preferredMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role, preferably in the education or training sectorProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantageOrganizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProfessional demeanor with a customer-focused approachAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
