The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and generating invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting collections. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Russian to liaise effectively with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and generate invoices for logistics services, including freight, warehousing, and customs clearance.Collaborate with operations teams to validate billing data and resolve discrepancies.Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, charges, and payment status.Resolve disputes related to overcharges, incorrect billing, or missing documentation.Monitor and manage billing queues to ensure timely processing of transactions.Maintain accurate billing records and ensure documentation is complete.Work closely with Accounts Receivable on overdue invoices and collections.Provide billing support during audits or financial reviews.Suggest process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.Maintain professionalism in communication with clients, vendors, and coworkers.Candidate RequirementsProficiency in Russian (mandatory) and fluent English.Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.Technical Skills: MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook at minimum).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.Benefits & CompensationSalary AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 (tax‑free).Permanent, full‑time role with long‑term stability.Career growth opportunities in logistics and customer service.Similar Job Titles in DubaiBilling & Invoicing ExecutiveAccounts Support Executive Freight & WarehousingCustomer Accounts CoordinatorTo ApplyPlease fill in all the fields and submit your CV to this job post.About Us
