Location: OCTOHUB Logistics – JAFZA BranchJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, customer service, or sales support.About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Support to join our dynamic team at our JAFZA branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales and commercial operations, maintaining strong relationships with carriers, handling pricing, documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service across sea, air, and multimodal shipments.This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with mainline carriers (Air & Sea), NVOCC, Co-loaders, and Freight Forwarders.Manage pricing activities across assigned geography, products, and logistics solutions.Provide high-quality customer support to meet weekly and monthly targets.Coordinate with partners and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure timely submission of quotations.Support customer onboarding, ensure payment collections, and adherence to credit terms.Assist in documentation and operations related to air, sea, multimode, and cross-trade shipments.Handle CRM data (ZOHO) and maintain updated customer records.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Commercial Manager.Qualifications & Requirements2–5 years of experience in logistics operations, customer service, or sales support.Proven experience in import/export operations covering CIS, Indian subcontinent, Far East, Europe, Africa, and South Asia sectors.Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM/ERP platforms (preferably ZOHO and Outlook).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proactive, deadline‑driven, and results‑focused.Ability to perform efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure work setting.Why Join Us?Tools are provided: Laptop/computer, phone, SIM card, and access to ZOHO CRM and company email.Competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth.Supportive, dynamic & multicultural work environment with strong career development prospects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
