OverviewMust have Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno Functional ConsultantJob DescriptionTechno Functional role with expertise in both product Technical expertise and Functional working 68 yrs of relevant experience and Bachelors degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience plus professional certificates.ResponsibilitiesExperienced IT Professional performing as independent contributor that participates in functions such as design development and implementation of application systems.Must have experience in Ms Dynamics sales module service module.Responsible for building customizations and workflows handles any postimplementation issues service requests and provided ongoing support for Dynamics CRM platformCollaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.Implement solutions and recommend improvements.Understand practice and guide the team on Best Practices and Dynamics CRM Coding Standards.Candidate should have experience in designing the solution in any of 2 DCRM Apps: Sales Service Marketing Contact Centre.Work with PO/ Business Analyst to groom and refine the Dynamics CRM product backlog.Translate business requirements into technology solution on Dynamics CRM suite of products that includes:Design & Architect on data modelSharing & VisibilitySecurityUsing Out-of-Box features vs. Custom Development vs. 3rd Party productsIntegration with Backend / 3rd Party Products & SystemsSingle Sign-On (SSO)Handling Large Data Volume (LDV)Provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development teamHands on knowledge in Power Platform Environments; Power Platform license; other 3rd party data sources (non CDS) connectors; DLP Policies; Power Platform Core Framework; reusable components; Security Roles, etc.Hands-on experience in developing Power Automate to support Backend jobs, bulk updates to Dataverse, connections to SharePoint 0365, etc.Good to have working experience on Canvas and Model-Driven apps.Strong knowledge about Microsoft Azure Office 365 (Azure AD Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). AWS will be a plus. Along with authentication protocols like OAuth Client Credential Flow, App Registration in Azure will be an added advantage.Great understanding of governance and architect experience, deep understanding of the Power Platform limits, pros & cons, known issues; should have a commanding knowledge to come up with a workaround. DCRM Certifications.Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration; Dynamics 365 Customer Insights; Dynamics Basic Fundamentals; Power Platform Developer Associate.Experience working in Agile and story writing use cases, etc.Required experience and defined responsibilitiesExperienced with Agile methodology of project development while analyzing requirements, defining/writing user stories, prioritizing backlog, etc.Writing individual stories that are very clear and concise and are easy to understand and implement by the development team.Analyzing a broadly defined area and using functional decomposition to define high-level epics and stories to create a well-organized value-driven framework to provide the required business value in the Product Backlog.Identifying related user stories and epics, grouping them into themes as necessary and documenting the interrelationship and associated business process flows as necessary.Coordinate with product owner/manager to gather, analyze, document and validate the requirements for the development teams at multiple locations.The business analyst serves as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of a project.He/she should be able to add value to business and the process and should not be just an intermediary between the development team and the business users and other stakeholders.Overall knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing cloud is required with Microsoft Dynamics Admin capabilities.QualificationsThe preferred candidate should possess the following:Minimum of 6 years experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A team player who works well with technical and business stakeholders across various time zones.Ensure full business engagement with the technical team throughout the Agile development process.Remote WorkRemote Work : NoEmployment TypeEmployment Type : Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
