This senior role will drive the creative vision and strategic direction for our projects while managing and mentoring a talented creative team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creative excellence, bringing both big‑picture vision and hands‑on leadership to deliver exceptional experiential solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for events and exhibitions that align with client objectives and Rayqube's brand visionLead the conceptualization and development of innovative, immersive experiences that push boundaries in the events and exhibitions spaceDefine creative direction across all touchpoints of experiential projects, from concept to executionEstablish and maintain creative standards, processes, and best practices across the portfolioStay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches in experiential marketing and exhibition designTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, content creators, and strategistsFoster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and professional growthManage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple projectsConduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunitiesBuild and scale the creative team in line with business growthClient Engagement & Business DevelopmentPartner with clients to understand their brand vision, objectives, and target audiencesPresent creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients and senior stakeholdersTranslate client briefs into compelling creative strategies and actionable plansBuild and maintain strong client relationships through creative excellence and strategic insightSupport new business pitches with innovative concepts and strategic thinkingProject Oversight & ExecutionOversee creative development from initial concept through final executionCollaborate with production, account management, and technical teams to ensure seamless project deliveryEnsure all creative outputs meet quality standards, timelines, and budget parametersBalance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative excellenceConduct post‑event analysis and extract insights to inform future strategiesInnovation & Thought LeadershipChampion innovation in storytelling, spatial design, technology integration, and audience engagementExplore and integrate emerging technologies (AR, VR, AI, interactive installations) into experiential conceptsContribute to Rayqube's thought leadership through industry presentations, case studies, and content creationBuild partnerships with creative vendors, technology providers, and industry innovatorsExperienceRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in creative strategy, experiential marketing, event design, or exhibition design3+ years in a leadership role managing creative teamsProven track record of delivering award‑winning or high‑impact events and exhibitionsExperience working with major brands and complex stakeholder environmentsPortfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence in experiential projectsSkills & CompetenciesExceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutionsStrong leadership and people management skills with experience building and mentoring teamsOutstanding presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDeep understanding of experiential design principles, spatial storytelling, and audience engagementProficiency in creative briefing, concept development, and design critiqueStrong project management abilities with experience handling multiple projects simultaneouslyCommercial acumen with understanding of budgets, timelines, and resource managementCollaborative mindset with ability to work across disciplines and departmentsTechnical KnowledgeUnderstanding of event production processes, exhibition design, and experiential technologiesFamiliarity with design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, presentation tools)Knowledge of current trends in immersive technologies, interactive experiences, and digital integrationAwareness of sustainability practices in events and exhibitionsPreferred QualificationsDegree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fiel
