Crane OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The role requires safely operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials according to project plans and specifications. It is a physically demanding job that requires excellent hand‑eye coordination, spatial awareness, and knowledge of safety protocols.ResponsibilitiesOperate various types of cranes including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes.Review project plans and specifications to determine the best approach for lifting and moving materials.Perform pre‑operational checks on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.Safely rig loads and attach them to the crane hook or other lifting devices.Use hand signals or radio communication to guide other workers during lifts.Monitor crane gauges and controls while operating to ensure safe movement of materials.Maintain accurate records of lifts and inspections performed on cranes.Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting.Valid certification as a crane operator from a recognized institution or authority.Knowledge of different types of cranes and their specific operations.Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness.Ability to work in high‑stress situations while maintaining focus on safety protocols.Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is an asset).Indian nationality preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary of 1600$.Accommodation provided by the company.Visa sponsorship.Our company values diversity and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.
