<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Country Sales Manager in Industrial Refrigeration Experience</p><p><b>Preferred:</b>EUROPEAN CITIZEN</p><p><b>Salary:</b>25000 SAR to 30000 SAR</p><h3>Country Sales Manager Tasks</h3><ul><li>Planning, directing and coordinating marketing and sales management activities of the GRADE KSA.</li><li>Responsible for sales activities and achievement of the sales goals and targets in KSA.</li><li>Responsible for developing business, revenue and customer base in Grade KSA.</li><li>Responsible in developing all activities and initiatives that are necessary to achieve these goals, supported by the departments that will assist with technical scooping and engineering.</li><li>Provide professional advice and support to existing new customers in KSA region.</li><li>Collect feedback on product and/or product improvements, advise clients on innovative and high-quality solutions and support them in carrying out their projects.</li><li>Will work closely with the technical department.</li><li>Will do his best to increase the market share of GRADE.</li><li>Responsible in the awareness and image of GRADE and will work in consultation from relevant departments for the right approach and presentation.</li><li>Responsible in investing in maintaining and expanding the network of contracts.</li><li>Must be willing to travel as industry functions require.</li><li>Building customer relations.</li><li>Selling to customer needs.</li><li>Negotiation with customers.</li><li>Sales planning.</li><li>Matching sales goals.</li><li>Managing sales processes, incl. internal corporation and alignment activities.</li><li>Responsible for selected customers.</li><li>Systematic approach towards the sales process.</li></ul><h3>Candidate's Profile</h3><ul><li>Degree Holder in Chemistry, Process Technology, Process Engineering or similar with several years of practical experience in the sales of machinery or solutions to process industry.</li><li>Minimum of 8-10 years’ work experience in industrial refrigeration.</li><li>Proactive, having excellent commercial and technical skills, persuasive, relentless drive to obtain results and customer- and market-oriented.</li><li>Networker and relationship builder.</li><li>Excellent skills in effective communication both verbal and written.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
