وصف الوظيفةThe role acts as the single point of ownership for the KSA business and serves as the primary bridge between Saudi-based clients and the Egypt headquarters.Core Responsibilities & ExpectationsBusiness Leadership & GrowthLead new business development, pitches, and commercial negotiations.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retainers and project-based revenue.Develop senior-level relationships with decision‑makers across private, and public sector entities.Define & monitor KPIs, and performance expectations.Lead hiring decisions in coordination with HQ HR.Mentor and develop team members.Build a strong network of local vendors.Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing benchmarks.Represent Media Republic at industry events and key market forums to strengthen brand presence and reputation in KSA.Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to HQ leadership.Ensure all agreements are commercially viable and margin‑protected.Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.Manage cash flow, payments, and collections.Report financial performance regularly to MD and Chairman.Client leadership & ManagementManage client onboarding, scope definition, incoming briefs, pricing, resource allocation and contractual agreements.Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.Handle escalations and resolve client issues.Ensure smooth coordination with Egypt-based creative, strategy, and production teams.Maintain quality control on all deliverables and establish efficient workflows aligned with HQ standards.متطلبات الوظيفة10+ years of experience in advertising or marketing agencies.Proven track record in business development, client management and revenue growth.Strong commercial, financial, and operational understanding.Experience in KSA or wider MENA markets.Fluent English & Arabic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
