Corporate Freight Pricing Manager - RFQs and Tenders

Purpose of the JobThe purpose of this role is to manage Global Tenders freight pricing as well as RFQS of the network in line with the direct coordination with carriers, offices and agents.Job DescriptionReceive and assess freight tenders for AIR and SEaCoordinate with multiple stakeholdersNegotiate rates with carriers and agents.File contract with carriers on behalf of stationsMarket analysis and study on available solutionsFollow on the tenders and winning ratioPrepare monthly analysis on volumes and console performance.Follow up with airlines / shipping lines for spot rates ex: reduction in rates on specific trade lane due to capacity issues.Prepare regular reports on status of inquiries either weekly or monthly on the list of inquiries win or lost.Support the product development & Growth acceleration in terms of day-to-day adhoc freight inquiriesManage team KPIsJob Requirements - Experience and EducationLeadership BehaviorsBuilding Outstanding TeamsSetting a clear directionSimplificationCollaborate & break silosExecution & AccountabilityInnovationSkillsFreight ForwardingLeadershipManagement of TendersStrategies of Pricing#J-18808-Ljbffr
