Build strong trust-based relationships gather feedback review performance and negotiate SLAs to raise the bar on compliance and delivery standards.Turn Data into Action: Leverage G-Suite Tableau and Looker to build dashboards track KPIs and deliver actionable insights. Identify gaps spot trends and drive improvements in onboarding speed compliance % and rider productivity.Orchestrate Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with Training Document Verification Compliance and other internal teams to streamline processes and elevate the onboarding playbook.Continuously Innovate: Audit and re-design onboarding flows.
