Apt Resources is currently looking for a dedicated Cook for Farm Staff to join a reputable agricultural company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide nutritious and delicious meals for farm employees, enhancing their work experience while focusing on healthy eating.As the Cook for Farm Staff, you will be responsible for meal planning, preparation, and serving daily meals catered to the needs and preferences of the farm personnel. Your role will be critical in ensuring that all meals are balanced, satisfying, and consider dietary restrictions where applicable.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook daily meals for farm staff, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.Plan and organize weekly menus that provide a variety of healthy options.Source local ingredients to promote fresh and sustainable cooking.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.Foster a welcoming dining atmosphere for farm staff.QualificationsProven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a similar role for a large group or institution.Strong culinary skills, with a focus on healthy and nutritious cooking.Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.Ability to work independently and efficiently manage kitchen operations.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive dining experience.Flexibility in work hours, including weekends, as per the farm's schedule.Must be based in the UAE and willing to work on-site at the farm.Salary: AED 2074 plus free accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE labor Law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
