Contracts Specialist

Madison Pearl is exclusively patterning with an elite organization in Abu Dhabi to expand their Contracts team, and they are seeking a Specialist to join them. The purpose of this role is to ensure effective management, control, and oversight of contracts.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and manage a wide range of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and legal standards in coordination with the Legal Department.Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and closure.Monitor contractual obligations, timelines, and performance, ensuring all parties meet agreed terms and conditions.Maintain an organized contracts database, track expiries, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support effective contract execution.Prepare executive summaries, reports, and risk insights while supporting audits and enhancing contract management processes and policies.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business management.Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Interested candidates please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*#J-18808-Ljbffr
