Part-Time Advocate (Indian/African)We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Advocate to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is open to both Indian and African nationals. As a Part-Time Advocate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income or gain experience while studying or working in another field.Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various legal matters- Conduct research and gather evidence to support cases- Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations- Maintain accurate records of all case-related information- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the cases being handledRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent- Previous experience in a law firm or as a practicing advocate preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)This is a part-time position with flexible hours and no accommodation provided.
